SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed on the weekend will be not be sent until the following Monday, pending holidays and availability.
Product prices do not include shipping and handling. Risk of loss or damage to products in transit is the customers responsibility. In the event of product damage or loss during transit, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Underwood Pecan Farm makes no guarantees for shipping dates. The best way to receive product on time is to order early, especially during the holiday seasons.
Please note that products may contain an occasional shell due to processing with machinery.
If necessary, Underwood Pecan Farm reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Underwood Pecan Farm please contact us. A credit will be issued, if the order is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Products must be returned in the original, unopened packaging. Underwood Pecan Farm retains the right to refuse delivery of such return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
